We believe that the highest quality of gastronomy can be created from pure, healthy and environmentally-friendly ingredients. All of our dishes are completely free of animal products and genetically-modified foods. We also offer a selection of 'living food' and allergy-friendly cuisine, the latter being based on the exclusion of dairy products from our kitchen and a number of gluten-free options on the menu. Our cuisine is influenced by the tastes and styles of many different cultures, which, with the intricate preparation of every dish, is praised for its innovative combinations and, perhaps unexpectedly, rich flavours.
