only 29 years of age, Ms Hartanto has worked at some of the best
gourmet restaurants in Berlin and boasts a creative flair and
natural talent for plant-based and raw food cuisine. With the
composition of flavours, textures, colours and presentation all
carefully planned and precisely executed, Chef Josita Hartanto
will impress even the most sophisticated of palates, despite the
